GUIDELINES

• Trip calculation period is from October 1st to September 30th of each year. All orders must be
shipped and or picked up at will call by September 30th.
• Owners accrue of all earned salesperson points.
• Owners points are fully transferable; however, owner may only give any one (1) salesperson no
more than 375 points.
• Salesperson points are not transferable.
• Owner points may be combined with salesperson points if the owner has no more than 2
salespeople.
• In the event that no individual salespeople (within a company) reach qualifying point levels, the
total aggregate points (among all salespeople) can be combined and awarded to the top
salesperson (one [1] trip only).
• Partner points must be submitted by September 30th.
• Partner points may not total more than 500 of the required total points.
• Partner points may be rolled over for 1 year. Unused points will be forfeited.
• Owners/ Salespeople earning a minimum of 210 points may rollover points for one year. Any
rollover points not used from the preceding year will be forfeited.
• Owners/ Salespeople qualifying for the trip, but unable to attend, may roll over a maximum of
1312 points to the following trip year. A minimum of 70% of prior year sales must be attained the
year rollover is redeemed to qualify for trip redemption. Unused Points will be forfeited
• Owners/ Salespeople attending the trip and having excess points may roll over points to the next
year. A minimum of 70% of prior year sales must be attained the year rollover is redeemed to
qualify for trip redemption. Points not used will be forfeited.
• Salespeople must be employed at the time of trip by the Authorized A&A Dealer with which they
earned the points. If a salesperson changes companies, point transfer must be approved by
previous employer.
• It is the sole responsibility of each owner/ salesperson to ensure orders, designs and claim forms
are noted with the appropriate job name and salesperson.
• All accounts receivables must be current on the October 1st prior to the trip to be eligible.
• If a trip is canceled after being ticketed, points/ buy up will be forfeited.
• Owners earning a trip and unable to attend may redeem points in the form a credit memo.
Notice must be received by A&A corporate office no later than October 1st. 

oA minimum of one (1) full trip must be earned in A&A points ONLY to be eligible for credit

memo disbursement.
oAll trip qualifications must be met for points to be eligible for credit memo cash out.
oThe credit memo value of one (1) trip is $1700.00.
oRollover & Partner points are not eligible for credit memo disbursement.
oCredit memos must be redeemed by December 31st of the trip year
